1.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of six6x6 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. six6x6 enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification prior to any withdrawal being processed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed without notice, and any balance held will be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one six6x6 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. six6x6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any associated balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or KYC verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. six6x6 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time.

1.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

six6x6 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using six6x6 is lawful in their jurisdiction. six6x6 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than where it explicitly operates. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are not entitled to any winnings, refunds, or dispute resolution assistance.

1.5 Account Verification (KYC)

six6x6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

six6x6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your issuing bank's policies. six6x6 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Deposit Minimums and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's six6x6 account balance instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits typically clear within one to three hours during standard Bangladesh business hours. six6x6 does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

2.3 Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed only for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. six6x6 does not charge platform fees on mobile wallet withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods — including BPL finals, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — may experience extended processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

2.4 Player-Owned Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's name. six6x6 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any attempt to use a payment method belonging to another person will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

2.5 Currency

All transactions on six6x6 are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a player deposits via a payment method that processes in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. six6x6 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by six6x6 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that bonus.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum bet size while a bonus is active are specified in the individual offer terms. Bets placed on games excluded from a bonus promotion will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

3.3 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a six6x6 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the welcome bonus up to ৳20,000, subject to the terms stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. six6x6 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

3.4 Bonus Abuse

six6x6 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds, associated winnings, and any real-money balance in cases where the Platform determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk or matched bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially, using betting strategies that do not reflect genuine gambling activity, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

3.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or wagering requirements that remain unsatisfied within the time limit specified in the offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation. six6x6 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

4.1 Game Integrity and RNG

All casino games offered on six6x6 are sourced from internationally recognised game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. six6x6 does not alter, override, or manipulate game results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are available in the individual game information panels.

4.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

A bet is only confirmed once the six6x6 system has issued a confirmation reference number to the player. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical error, network interruption, or system failure are void and the stake is returned. In sports betting, six6x6 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, force majeure, or manifest error in the odds published.

4.3 Manifest Error

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious incorrect pricing, a technical malfunction that causes credits to be applied incorrectly, or a game result generated in error — six6x6 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. This applies regardless of whether the error was exploited knowingly or unknowingly. Players who knowingly exploit a manifest error may face additional sanctions including account suspension.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game, sports market, and table. The applicable limits are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a bet. six6x6 reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any game or market at any time without prior notice, including applying individual player limits where warranted.

4.5 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are governed by the six6x6 Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key principles include: all bets are settled on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL, IPL, etc.); in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability; and live streaming or data feeds are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an official data source for settlement purposes.

5.1 Player Responsibility for Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6x6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. six6x6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact six6x6 support immediately at [email protected].

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on six6x6 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the six6x6 platform
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate transactions via a payment provider
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Any action that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform

5.3 Account Suspension and Termination

six6x6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where required by law, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other players. In the event of termination for cause, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. In the event of termination without cause, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months and holds a positive balance. six6x6 will notify the player via their registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

6.1 Player Protection Tools

six6x6 provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly within the account dashboard. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to stop gambling on six6x6 temporarily or permanently may apply for self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended, all marketing communications are ceased, and the player will be unable to log in or make deposits. 6.3 Age Verification and Under-Age Gambling

six6x6 takes its obligations regarding under-age gambling extremely seriously. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all deposits refunded (net of any withdrawals already made), and any winnings forfeited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

7.1 Platform Availability

six6x6 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. six6x6 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of the platform being unavailable, including missed bets, expired bonuses, or game session interruptions.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6x6's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower. six6x6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

7.3 No Warranty

The six6x6 platform and all services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied. six6x6 makes no warranty that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. Players use the platform at their own risk.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

six6x6 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, payment method details, device information, and transaction history.

8.2 Data Security

six6x6 applies SSL encryption across all platform connections and stores player data on secure infrastructure. Payment transaction data is processed via encrypted channels. six6x6 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 9.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of six6x6, you should contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance. six6x6 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal process.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

9.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and six6x6 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
